Your address is mixed into your password before the browser scrambles it, so a new address means scrambling the password again here. That is why this form asks for the password as well.

Everything your account holds, to keep: every recipe with its history, and your batches, fragrances, targets, stock, finished goods and dossiers. The JSON file is the complete record; the spreadsheets are the tables, for Excel or Numbers.

Immediate, and there is no undo. Two things can happen to the recipes you saved and they are genuinely different, so choose one — this site will not choose for you.
What an account does, and what it does not
Your password is never sent. Before anything leaves this page the browser runs it through 600,000 rounds of PBKDF2-SHA256, salted with your email address, and sends the 256-bit result instead. The server scrambles that again before storing it. So a copy of the database holds neither your password nor anything that can be replayed as one, and the slow part of the work happens on your own machine, where there is time for it.
Keep the recovery code. When you make an account you are shown a 16-character recovery code once. It resets a forgotten password even if you have lost the mailbox too. Only a scramble of it is stored, and using it spends it and issues a replacement. Recipes you already shared still open from their links whatever happens to the account.
Or a reset link. Forgot the password but still have the mailbox? The sign-in form can send a link to the address on the account. It works for an hour, once.
What changes when you sign up. Every calculator still runs in your browser. A recipe you save while signed in goes into the community recipes under your public name, unless you choose Private beside the Save button; a private one is addressed by a random id with no listing and no search, as a recipe saved without an account is. Either way it is tagged as yours, so this page can list it.
The minimum password length is checked in this page, not on the server. The server never sees your password, so it cannot measure one. That is the honest cost of never sending the password, and it is stated rather than hidden.
What is stored: your email address, a scramble of your password, a scramble of your recovery code, the country the sign-up came from, your public name and page address, your plan, and which mail you switched on. No IP address and no browsing history. Paddle holds your card, not this site. Deleting the account deletes all of it.
