Refunds

30 days, no questions

The first payment for any plan, Maker, Business or Founding, can be refunded in full for 30 days after it is made. Take it yourself with the refund button on your account page, or write to support@soapformulator.com. The plan ends when the refund goes through.

After that

A subscription can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the period already paid for; the rest of that period is not refunded. The Business trial costs nothing if you cancel before its 30 days end.

How the money comes back

Paddle, which sells soapformulator on our behalf, sends refunds to the card or account you paid with, usually within a few days of approving them. Your rights under consumer law, including the right to withdraw from a purchase where it applies, are not affected by anything here.
