No 'typical' values are printed in the standard, so none are given. Measured corroboration (not merged): Baer, Henderson & Gebauer 2021 (Lipids 56:313, Table 2) analysed a 50:50 blend of the two US commercial high-oleic soybean oils, Vistive Gold (Monsanto) and Plenish (Pioneer), n = 4 samples at Covance: palmitic 4.57, stearic 3.11, 9-cis oleic 68.88, total trans-18:1 0.10, linoleic 11.90, linolenic 2.28 % of total fatty acids (SFA 8.75, MUFA 70.90, PUFA 14.18) - every figure inside the Codex column. Vedovatto et al. 2026 (Transl. Anim. Sci. 10:txag099, Table 2, % of total FA detected) report palmitic 7.79, stearic 4.77, oleic 69.5, linoleic 14.2, alpha-linolenic 2.92 % for the high-oleic soybean oil fed in their trial, also inside the column. The INCI name is the one CosIng gives for soybean oil generally (Glycine Soja Oil does not distinguish the high-oleic variety), with its CAS, EC and saponified names.
