Page 14 = Table 2 of the Appendix 'Other quality and composition factors' (chemical and physical characteristics of CRUDE vegetable oils; the Appendix is supplementary, a product outside it may still conform). This print is the first one with the 2024 additions (avocado, camellia seed, sacha inchi and high-oleic soya bean oil), which the dataset's older 2019-print citation (oleina.ua mirror) predates.

Table 2, fatty acid profile (% of total FA detected) of the high-oleic soybean oil offered. Cross-check in notes only.

Fatty acids from CXS 210 Table 1, column 'Soya bean oil (high-oleic acid)' (mandatory GLC ranges, % of total fatty acids; 'ND' = not detectable, <= 0.05 %, stored as min 0; ND-only entries omitted): C6:0 ND, C8:0 ND-0.1, C10:0 ND-0.1, C12:0 ND-0.1, C14:0 ND-0.5, C16:0 2.5-8.0, C16:1 ND-0.1, C17:0 ND-0.8, C17:1 ND-1.5, C18:0 3.2-5.0, C18:1 65.0-87.0, C18:2 1.0-16.0, C18:3 1.0-6.0, C20:0 ND-1.0, C20:1 ND-1.0, C20:2 ND-0.1, C22:0 ND-0.7, C22:1 ND-0.4, C22:2 ND, C24:0 ND-0.5, C24:1 ND. C17:0, C17:1 and C20:2 are omitted because they are outside this schema's key list. Section 3.1: 'High-oleic acid soya bean oil must contain not less than 65 percent oleic acid (as a percentage of total fatty acids).' Section 2.1: produced from high-oleic acid oil-bearing seeds of varieties derived from soya beans (Glycine max (L.) Merr.). sapKohMgPerG, iodineValue and unsaponifiablePercent from Appendix Table 2 (crude oils; supplementary, not mandatory): saponification value 188-192 mg KOH/g oil, iodine value 75-95, unsaponifiable matter <= 15 g/kg (stored as 1.5 %); the same column gives relative density 0.909-0.923 (x = 20 C) and refractive index (ND 40 C) 1.462-1.468. No 'typical' values are printed in the standard, so none are given. Measured corroboration (not merged): Baer, Henderson & Gebauer 2021 (Lipids 56:313, Table 2) analysed a 50:50 blend of the two US commercial high-oleic soybean oils, Vistive Gold (Monsanto) and Plenish (Pioneer), n = 4 samples at Covance: palmitic 4.57, stearic 3.11, 9-cis oleic 68.88, total trans-18:1 0.10, linoleic 11.90, linolenic 2.28 % of total fatty acids (SFA 8.75, MUFA 70.90, PUFA 14.18) - every figure inside the Codex column. Vedovatto et al. 2026 (Transl. Anim. Sci. 10:txag099, Table 2, % of total FA detected) report palmitic 7.79, stearic 4.77, oleic 69.5, linoleic 14.2, alpha-linolenic 2.92 % for the high-oleic soybean oil fed in their trial, also inside the column. The INCI name is the one CosIng gives for soybean oil generally (Glycine Soja Oil does not distinguish the high-oleic variety), with its CAS, EC and saponified names.
