它是什麼，在皂中有何表現
藍膠尤加利精油（globulus）是以蒸氣蒸餾塔斯馬尼亞藍膠尤加利（Eucalyptus globulus）的葉和細枝製成，有四分之三以上是 1,8-桉油醇（EFSA）。1990年代初期，全世界的藥用尤加利精油大多由中國生產，葡萄牙、西班牙、印度、巴西和智利也生產藍膠尤加利精油（FAO）。它有像擦在胸口的傷風藥膏那種尖銳、帶樟腦感的氣味，是較便宜的精油之一。
Faiola 把尤加利列為在冷製法中表現良好的精油。它是前調（Cable；Fisher），會在晾皂期間淡去，所以要搭配薰衣草、迷迭香或後調。Cable 用總油重的0.9至1.6%，Faiola 則以4.5%單獨使用。IFRA 的附件沒有為它訂出數值，所以上限要看供應商的證明書。
SCCS 將尤加利精油列為已確認的接觸性過敏原，《Merck Veterinary Manual》也將尤加利列為可能讓寵物抽搐的精油之一。
