Aceite de piñones

Nombre INCI: Pinus Koraiensis Seed Oil.

KOREAN PINE (Pinus koraiensis), the species CosIng's 'Pinus Koraiensis Seed Oil' names. All fatty acids are PlantFAdb tabulations (plant 10459). The 'typical' column is dataset #20828, 'Fatty acid composition of some pine seed oils' (1995): palmitoleic 0.1, palmitic 4.2, margaric 0.05, stearic 1.82, oleic 25.52 (C18:1 delta-9 24.06 plus delta-11 1.46), linoleic 48.38, alpha-linolenic 0.17, eicosenoic 1.03 %, and the delta-5 acids that define pine seed oils: pinolenic acid (all-cis-5,9,12-18:3) 14.92, taxoleic acid (5,9-18:2) 1.8, sciadonic acid (5,11,14-20:3) 0.9 and 5,11-20:2 0.1 %, with 11,14-20:2 0.49 % (sum 99.48). Min/max add #11571, 'Distribution of delta 5-olefinic acids in the triacylglycerols from Pinus koraiensis and Pinus pinaster seed oils' (1996); #10126, 'Effects of Pinus pinaster and Pinus koraiensis seed oil supplementation on lipoprotein metabolism in the rat' (1999); #20355, 'Fatty acids and triacylglycerols in seeds of Pinaceae species' (1996); and #15308, 'Composition of some Korean seed oils' (1977): palmitic 4.2-5.1, palmitoleic 0.1-0.3, stearic 1.8-2.3, oleic 25.5-29.4, linoleic 43.6-48.4, alpha-linolenic 0.17-0.2, arachidic 0.3-0.7, eicosenoic 1.0-1.7 %; pinolenic 14.2-14.9, taxoleic 1.8-2.2, sciadonic 0.8-1.3 %. THE PROFILE SUMS TO ONLY ABOUT 81-82 %, and that is a gap in the schema, not in the evidence: pinolenic, taxoleic and sciadonic acids (about 17.6 % of the oil in the typical dataset) have no key, and pinolenic is neither alpha-linolenic (9,12,15) nor gamma-linolenic (6,9,12), so it must not be filed under either. Until a pinolenic key exists the build cannot derive a saponification value and this record ships as reference only. SAPONIFICATION VALUE: none in any document opened. IODINE VALUE is also left null: the one open-access measurement, Teneva et al. 2024 (Heliyon 10(14):e34576), gives 132.5 +/- 1.2 g I2/100 g for oil from raw P. koraiensis nuts (Vladivostok) and 152.7 for P. sibirica (Baikal), but its koraiensis sample is compositionally unlike the datasets above (palmitic 7.6, oleic 32.5, pinolenic only 10.6 %), so its value would not describe the stored profile. Siberian pine (P. sibirica) seed oil is close to Korean: PlantFAdb #21398 (1997) gives palmitic 4.31, oleic 25.37, linoleic 43.71, pinolenic 18.49 %. Italian stone pine (P. pinea) is not: #23331 (2004) has only 0.03 % pinolenic acid. FOR SOAP: a linoleic oil (about 48 % linoleic plus 15 % of a triene) - soft and oxidation-prone; use it as a superfat addition. INCI name, CAS and EC numbers are CosIng's.
