Un savon fait à 100 % de huile d'avoine
Les qualités du savon découlent du profil d’acides gras, qui figure plus bas. Elles ne sont affichées ici que pour les fiches que le calculateur peut utiliser.

Abstract on journal article page: oil content and palmitic/oleic/linoleic ranges across Turkish oat genotypes.
Abstract: palmitic 15.72 %, oleic 33.97-51.26 %, linoleic 22.80-35.90 % (four cultivars).
Oat bran oil: iodine value 102.78-103.63 g I2/100 g, fatty-acid table (stearic, linolenic), AV, PV.
Producer page used only for the INCI name and CAS; no SAP/IV/fatty-acid numbers printed on the page.
Primary source (Bagci, Gecgel, Ozcan, Dumlupinar & Uslu 2019, J. Agroalimentary Processes and Technologies 25(4):182-186; abstract on the journal page, the PDF could not be retrieved): oil content of oat grains 0.70 % (TL69) to 3.92 % (TL6) across Turkish oat genotypes; fatty acids palmitic 10.82 % (TL71) to 22.43 % (TL21), oleic 19.59 % (TL37) to 37.86 % (TL8), linoleic 18.91 % (TL8) to 54.00 % (TL37); saturated 15.57-34.38 %, unsaturated 65.62-84.24 %; stearic and linolenic were detected but not quantified in the abstract. Ozcan, Ozkan & Topal 2006 (Int. J. Food Sci. Nutr. 57(5-6):345-352; cultivars BDMY-6, BDMY-7, Che-Chois, Y-2330, Turkey; abstract via Europe PMC) give palmitic 15.72 %, oleic 33.97-51.26 % and linoleic 22.80-35.90 %, which extend the oleic max to 51.26. Stearic 1.68-1.89 %, linolenic 0.63-0.86 % and the iodine value 102.78-103.63 g I2/100 g come from Guan et al. 2018 (Molecules 23:1546) and refer to oat BRAN oil (subcritical butane and hexane extracts; bran from Inner Mongolia, China; palmitic 15.87-16.03, oleic 43.53-44.09, linoleic 32.68-33.22, 'others' 4.39-5.08 %; acid value 7.16-7.45 mg/g; PV 0.68-0.81 meq/kg), not whole-kernel oil, so treat the IV as indicative for kernel oil. Saponification value: NULL - none of the documents opened (the three papers above, the oat GWAS paper G3 2019, Banas et al. J. Exp. Bot. 2007) prints one, and CosIng/pharmacopoeial/producer specification numbers could not be opened. Unsaponifiable matter and melting point: not reported. INCI 'Avena sativa (Oat) Kernel Oil' (CAS 84012-26-0) is as printed on the producer Oat Cosmetics' product page for its ethanol-extracted oat kernel oil 'Oat Lipid e'; not verified on CosIng.
