Where these proportions come from
The historical article is boiled, salted out and cured for months. A cold-process bar at these proportions is a homage, not the same soap.
The stamped "72 % extra pur" is the fatty-matter content of the finished bar, not an oil proportion; the vegetable-oil composition here is the common modern cold-process reading of it.
